Foreign Trade and Customs Regime Information System
Trade-Expert contains the required foreign trade documents and the way of preparing them; the current Bulgarian legislation in relation to foreign trade; the international standards and rules; the terms and definitions used in international trade.
The information is provided in the form of procedures, operating procedures, samples and forms, which are systematically arranged in files:
- Preparation of foreign trade contracts;
- Preparations of a quotation, proforma-invoice and commercial invoice, packing list and completing of the respective forms;
- Issuance of certificates - of origin, phyto-sanitary ,veterinary, sanitary, etc. certificates;
- Insurance - cargo insurance, product liability insurance, insurance of payments under export contracts against short-term trade risk, etc.
- International carriage - International Railway Consignment Note - CIM, ÑÌGC; inland transportation railway Consignment Note - ÊÏ-Ì, ÊÏÌÐ-Ï; Bill Of Lading, Charter Party and Booking Note, Airway Bill; Way Bill - CMR, Inland Waterways Bill;
- International payments - Documentary Letter of Credit, Documentary Collection, direct transfer in levs and foreign currency, endorsement, cession, Bill Of Exchange, Promissory Note;
- Customs regime - manifesting, temporary warehousing, free trade areas.
The procedures describe the manner of issuance of any particular document (legal grounds for and purpose of issuance of the document, institution setting the issuance procedure, requirements to comply with, cases of non-issuance, exceptions, etc.).
The operating procedures lead the users step by step at each stage of the issuance of a given document.
The currently used forms are attached to them, and they can be completed and printed out by the customer when preparing commercial documentation required for the execution of the foreign trade transaction. The system provides sample contracts and forms with a content and form adaptable to the user's requirements by means of a word processor.
Trade-Expert pays particular attention to the customs regime. The system offers a full set of documents with a possibility for computerised completion, conversion for electronic filing of customs documentation, as well as adjustment and preview before printing out.

- Capability of searching for specific words, parts of words, and phrases in various documents;
- Capability of printing out whole acts and parts of them.
